It seems like it's a new approach of YouTube to stop users from massive downloads. When downloading without authorization, YouTube allows a limited number of downloads. After reaching this limit, you'll see one of the messages above.
Solutions at this stage:
- Change your IP address using a VPN
- Or authorize with a Google account by going to Preferences -> Authorization -> YouTube. (see important notes below)

If you continue downloading large amounts of videos while authorized with your Google account, YouTube may impose a shadow ban on your account.
What happens during a shadow ban:
- Videos become unavailable both in the app and on YouTube.com and on TV
- You'll see error message: "This video is unavailable"
- This affects your entire YouTube experience, not just downloading
- The ban typically lasts 1-72 hours but may be longer in severe cases
Recommended approach:
- Create a separate Google account specifically for downloading
- Use this dedicated account only in YouTube to MP3 Converter or YouTube Downloader
- Download responsibly - avoid downloading hundreds of videos in short periods
- Take breaks between download sessions
- Disable your account periodically to see if YouTube allows anonymous downloads.
