Only one coverart image (thumbnail) for albums/playlists

When the option to download a thumbnail (coverart) is checked, every single track in a playlist (album) gets its own thumbnail/coverart image, mostly being all the same image again. Most audio players only need one per album and many can't even deal with coverart per track but rather look for an image called cover.jpg, album.jpg or something similar.

It would be great if YouTube to MP3 had the option to just download one thumbnail/coverart per album and even better if the user would be able to specify the filename for this thumbnail, for example "cover.jpg".
