Numbered Lists
Would it be possible to add numbers to each video in the main list, so users can see how many items are in the queue and what position each one is in?

Could you describe a use case? There is a Filter Panel option that lists the number of videos that are ready or complete. -
For instance to show how many videos are actually still in the list. Say you add 50 videos to be converted, to have a number counting down saying how many are left or 1/50, 2/50, 3/50 and so on.
