Give time limit to 'Stalled Downloading' in YTDownloader

I left YTD downloading last night and when I looked at it this morning, one of the downloads reported to be still stalled at over 28,000 seconds. This has prevented other downloads from possibly completing, yet it has just prolonged the process.
Could you implement a short time limit of, say 2 minutes for download to be skipped if staled for too long.
