Search for cover images in the local folders

In the application settings, there is an option to search for cover art online (at Discogs, Last FM and Google images).
These results are often very inaccurate, the images are low resolution, sometimes with watermarks and other defects.

I suggest to add an option to
Search the local folders before online search.

The folder where the input files are (there is often a cover image in the same folder where the music files are)
or
a User defined folder.
(I gathered all covers from all music folders, selected the best versions, named the files correctly. After a few months I have about 2800 cover images in a single folder).
Except music releases covers (CD, singles, compilations) I have there a lot of game graphic art (Loading screens and printed covers).

I would Like the Converter, to search in this folder first,
if filename (or a part not found),
then search in the source folder,
if not found, then search online.
