Playlist Download Delay Between Videos

Please add a feature to create a delay between downloading each video of a playlist. For example, when I download videos of a large playlist, the videos are downloaded consecutively and quickly one after another. I believe this triggers YouTube to flag my IP address as suspicious and suspends the downloads. I'm thinking if you make it so there can be a delay between downloads, this will help prevent YouTube from flagging IP addresses as mass downloaders. Maybe have a setting where the user can select a delay of any number of minutes they like between downloads. To make the feature even better have a setting for the ability to have a random number of minutes between downloads. For example a random number of minutes delay between 2 minutes and 10 minutes.
