Divide youtube download to separate mp3 files if there's video chapters

Would be nice to have function if possible to get separate audio files for videos that have video chapters set.
For example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bPTjayue58I

That if you paste this, result would be 20-30 files, depends on how many chapters there's.
